There is quite a few ways, you can purchase it (400 scrip for 5 euro, or 975 for 10 euro, with additional extra if using crypto).
You can also earn it by interacting on the forums, uploading files & others purchasing them.
There's also a way of stealing it from others, but I'm not familiar with how it works.
