Does this also contain the config bit that has to be added to the engine in order for it to work correctly?

All the assets don't seem to load properly. Did you guys also have that problem? Mine doesn't load properly. Do I have to change the names or place the assets into proper folders?

Where did you try to place it? First off, it's a plugin, not an asset - it goes in the "Plugins" folder. Either in your project directory (e.g. C:\Projects\MyProject\Plugins\) or the Engine directory (e.g. C:\UE4\UE_4.26\Engine\Plugins\Marketplace\).
