Any experiences with the various "FPS Multiplayer Templates" on the marketplace? Any recommendations?

I'm playing around with an idea for a multiplayer shooter game, mostly regarding some environment concepts though there's some weapons designs etc I'd also like to implement, so I am looking for a framework to use as a jumping-off point.
Lyra of course exists, but there's a lot of C++ involved in editing it and there's not a lot of documentation yet.
Any recommendations for alternatives out of the many marketplace assets available?

The sumps game fps multiplayer template is good, even within 30 minutes of working on it i managed to switch out the bots for better ones, improved the ai, added new skins for characters, and its a really good base, you can literally jump straight into playing from minute one, so its good in my opinion. Didnt see one which is basically editable with no brain and playable instantly like that one.
